TIRE FLIPS - UP AND DOWN HILL
20 MINS OF THE FOLLOWING:
GET A HEAVY TIRE 250-400LBS
FLIP IT UP A HILL 50 FEET, DROP AND DO 5 PUSHUPS, FLIP IT DOWN THE HILL (4-5% GRADE) AND DO A 30 SEC PLANK HOLD.
REPEAT NON STOP.

1 mile warmup run
3 x 5 min long hill runs, jog 3 mins recovery. try to find several hills that dont require you having to jog all the way back down. If you have to jog down, take it easy. Push the hills hard up to 90% of maximum heart rate. Keep stride length short and hips forward.
